RESUMEN
En la presente investigación se pretende mostrar el impacto de la inversión financiera en becas compensación de parte de la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), en el desarrollo profesional de egresados, con el cual podremos conocer si esta inversión tuvo la aplicación correcta para el desarrollo profesional; como objetivo general planteamos el determinar el impacto que tiene la inversión financiera en becas compensación de la UABC, en el desarrollo profesional de los egresados de licenciatura de los periodos 2012-1 al 2019-2. Esta investigación se llevará a cabo en el municipio de Ensenada, en la UABC. El enfoque se realizará de corte cualitativo, realizando un estudio de alcance correlacional, el diseño de investigación es no experimental, transaccional. Los participantes serán egresados de licenciaturas que hayan sido beneficiados con beca compensación. En cuanto a la muestra, se determinó aplicando un nivel de confianza del 95% con un margen de error de 5%, dando, así como resultado una muestra de 326 alumnos a encuestar. El instrumento se realizó a través de encuestas, utilizando plataformas digitales y formulario google. La prueba piloto se realizó por medio de 65 cuestionarios aplicados. La validación del instrumento piloto se sometió a juicio de expertos, aplicando el índice de fiabilidad de acuerdo Inter jueces (IRA) obteniendo por encima del 80% de suficiencia y pertinencia. En lo que respecta al análisis de confianza se utilizó el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach, se obtuvo para la medición de todos los elementos un índice de 0.846.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to show the impact of financial investment in compensation scholarships from the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC), in the professional development of graduates, with which we can know if this investment had the correct application for the professional development; As a general objective, we propose to determine the impact that financial investment in UABC compensation scholarships has on the professional development of undergraduate graduates from the periods 2012-1 to 2019-2. This research will be carried out in the municipality of Ensenada, at the UABC. The approach will be made qualitative, conducting a study of correlational scope, the research design is non-experimental, transactional. Participants will be graduates of bachelor's degrees that have been awarded a compensation scholarship. As for the sample, it was determined by applying a confidence level of 95% with a margin of error of 5%, thus giving a sample of 326 students to be surveyed. The instrument was carried out through surveys, using digital platforms and a google form. The pilot test was carried out through 65 questionnaires applied. The validation of the pilot instrument was subjected to expert judgment, applying the Inter-judge Agreement Reliability Index (IRA), obtaining sufficiency and relevance above 80%. Regarding the reliability analysis, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, an index of 0.846 was obtained for the measurement of all the elements.
