ESTUDIO DE SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL ADMINISTRATIVO DE UNA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA SUPERIOR

RESUMEN

La Facultad de Contaduría y Administración está conformada por el personal académico el cual está compuesto por 34 Profesores de Tiempo Completo, dos profesores de medio tiempo, dos técnicos académicos y 236 profesores de asignatura; con respecto al personal administrativo, contamos con un director, 11 puestos de confianza y 78 puestos administrativos sindicalizados, dando un total de 90. (Cuarto Informe Anual de Actividades, 2008-2009, p. 39) Con fundamento en el Artículo 25 del Estatuto Universitario de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, menciona que el Personal Administrativo son aquellas personas físicas que prestan servicios no académicos en forma directa y subordinada a la Universidad en labores intelectuales o manuales, de carácter profesional, administrativo, técnico o de servicios. Será sindicalizado o de confianza. Cabe hacer mención que esta investigación sólo aplica al personal administrativo de base o sindicalizado, el cual será nuestro objeto de estudio. Una de las bases más importantes, por no decir la principal, es que, para lograr cualquier cambio en determinada organización, es necesario contar con el apoyo del elemento humano en todos los objetivos planeados y la única manera de lograrlos eficientemente, precisamente preparando a los trabajadores para sus funciones y que ellos se sientan “comprometidos” y “motivados” en la organización la cual les da la oportunidad de “satisfacer sus necesidades”.

En el presente estudio, se utilizó un paquete estadístico (SPSS) versión 17.0 para procesar los datos del instrumento que se aplicó. En esta investigación demostramos la confiabilidad de dicho instrumento obteniendo el Alpha de Cronbach.

STUDY OF LABOR SATISFACTION BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONAL OF A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

ABSTRACT

The Faculty of Accounting and Administration is made up of the academic staff which is made up of 34 Full-time Teachers, two part-time teachers, two academic technicians and 236 subject teachers; About administrative staff, we have a director, 11 positions of trust and 78 unionized administrative positions, giving a total of 90. (Fourth Annual Activity Report, 2008-2009, p. 39) Based on the 25th Article of the University Statute of the Universidad Autonoma del Estado de México, it mentions that the Administrative Staff are those physical people who provide non-academic services directly and subordinate to the University in intellectual or manual labors, of a professional character, administrative, technical or services. It will be unionized or trusted. It should be mentioned that this research only applies to base or unionized administrative staff, which will be our object of study. One of the most important bases, if not the main one, is that, to achieve any change in a certain organization, it is necessary to have the support of the human element in all the planned objectives and the only way to achieve them efficiently, precisely preparing workers for their duties and that they feel "committed" and "motivated" in the organization which gives them the opportunity to "satisfy their needs". In the present study, a statistical package (SPSS) version 17.0 was used to process the data of the instrument that was applied. In this research we demonstrate the reliability of this instrument by obtaining Cronbach's Alpha.
