DIAGNÓSTICO DE LA CADENA PRODUCTIVA DEL TOMATE EN EL CONSEJO POPULAR FRAY BENITO

RESUMEN

En la actualidad los Sistemas Productivos Locales en la gestión del desarrollo local, representan una oportunidad para reestructurar la actividad productiva a partir del enfoque de encadenamiento productivo por medio de la organización de la producción en polos productivos agropecuarios para la sustitución de importaciones e incrementar las exportaciones, lo que se sustenta en los documentos aprobados en el VII Pleno del Comité Central del Partido y en la Agenda de Desarrollo Sostenible para el 2030 donde reseña el objetivo 8 Promover el crecimiento económico sostenido, inclusivo y sostenible, el empleo pleno, productivo y el trabajo decente. La memoria escrita se enfoca hacia el diagnóstico de los eslabones de la cadena productiva del tomate en el Consejo Popular Fray Benito del municipio Rafael Freyre Torres, Holguín, Cuba. Teniendo como base la revisión de la literatura nacional e internacional sobre el proceso de desarrollo de cadenas productivas. Para la investigación se adecuó y simplificó el procedimiento propuesto por Madruga Torres, A G, 2015, el cual consta de seis etapas desarrolladas en cinco pasos, cuya aplicación permitió mediante el uso del método general dialéctico materialista, de los métodos del nivel teórico y del nivel empírico, la propuesta de proyectos para llenar los vacíos detectados en las relacionales de articulación entre los eslabones de la cadena. El estudio cuenta con recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones y a los principales actores del Consejo Popular y el municipio.

DIAGNOSIS OF THE TOMATO PRODUCTION CHAIN ​​IN THE FRAY BENITO POPULAR COUNCIL

ABSTRACT

At present the Local Productive Systems in the management of the local development, represent an opportunity to restructure the productive activity from the productive chain approach by means of the organization of the production in agricultural productive poles for the substitution of imports and to increase the exports , which is based on the documents approved in the 7th Plenary of the Central Committee of the Party and in the Sustainable Development Agenda for 2030 where it describes the objective 8 Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent job. Written memory focuses on the diagnosis of the links of the tomato production chain in the Popular Council Fray Benito of the Rafael Freyre Torres municipality, Holguin province, Cuba based on the review of the national and international literature on the process of development of productive chains. For the investigation, the procedure proposed by Madruga Torres,  A G (2015) was adapted and simplified, which consists of six stages developed in five steps, the application of which allowed the use of the general dialectical materialist method, of the methods of the theoretical level and of the level empirical, the proposal of projects to fill the gaps detected in the relations of articulation between the links of the chain. The study has recommendations for future research and the main stakeholders of the Popular Council and the municipality.
