EDUCACIÓN PARA LA PAZ Y EN DERECHOS HUMANOS: ROL DE LOS JÓVENES COMO MEDIADORES

RESUMEN

En el contexto cubano, la actividad en las redes sociales ha aumentado de modo considerable desde el año 2013 hasta la actualidad. Si bien se generan en este ámbito múltiples beneficios como permitirnos intercambiar y compartir contenidos con personas de todo el mundo, cada vez con más frecuencia son utilizadas para la comisión de actos de acoso y violencia de género. En medio del proceso de informatización y su desarrollo paulatino en la sociedad cubana, nuestro ordenamiento jurídico tiene ante sí el enorme desafío. Uno de los principales es ofrecer mayor protección y tutela a los jóvenes. Entonces se les debe Educar para la Paz como garantía de preparar agentes de cambio en el entorno digital. Por lo tanto, la investigación se propone conocer cómo contribuye la formación de los jóvenes como mediadores, desde una perspectiva de Educación para la Paz y en los Derechos Humanos, a la construcción de la cultura de paz en el ciberespacio. En consecuencia, se definió como objetivo: determinar la contribución que desde la mediación puede realizarse para construir una ciudadanía de paz. En cuanto a los métodos escogidos, se utilizaron están el método dialéctico-materialista, análisis y crítica de fuentes, los métodos del pensamiento lógico: inducción-deducción, análisis-síntesis, histórico-lógico y el hermenéutico. Como principales resultados de la investigación se tienen: identificar las ventajas de la formación de jóvenes mediadores para la construcción de una ciudadanía de paz.

EDUCATION FOR PEACE AND HUMAN RIGTHS: ROLE OF YOUNG PEOPLE AS MEDIATIORS

ABSTRACT

In the Cuban context, the activity in the social networks has increased from the 2013, to the present time of considerable way. Even though they generate in this space multiple benefits like allowing us to exchange and sharing contents with people of the whole world, but each time with more frequency are used for the commission of acts of harassment and violence based on genre. In the middle of process of computerization and its gradual development on Cuban society, our juridical organizing has in front of himself the enormous challenges. One of them is to provide protection and tutelage to the young people. Then, they should be educated for peace like guarantee of prepare agents of the change in the digital surroundings. Therefore, this research proposes knowing how does the formation of the young like mediators, from an education for peace and human rights perspective, contribute to the construction of the culture of peace in the cyberspace. In consequence, it was defined like objective: Determining the contribution that from mediation he can accomplish to forge a citizenship of peace. In relation with the methods chosen we use the dialectic materialistic method, analysis and criticism of sources, the methods of the logical thought: Induction deduction, analysis synthesis, historic logician and the hermeneutical.

The principal results of investigation are: Identifying the advantages of young mediators ‘formation for the construction of a citizenship of peace.
