EL TRABAJO POR CUENTA PROPIA A LA LUZ DE LA MUJER CIENFUEGUERA EN LA CONTEMPORANEIDAD

RESUMEN

En la nación cubana han ocurrido diversos cambios implementados por políticas económicas y sociales. Desde los años 2011 y, más tarde en el 2015, el trabajo por cuenta propia se coloca como una de las vías de inserción social y laboral, donde la familia cubana ha obtenido su espacio para la obtención de ingresos por la vía legal, junto a ello ha podido reordenar su sistema y condiciones de vida y por ello, en la actualidad es una de las formas de propiedad aprobada y reconocida en los documentos que rectorean la política económica y social de nuestro país y la Constitución de la República de Cuba. El trabajo propone como objetivo reflexionar sobre el comportamiento del trabajo por cuenta propia en la mujer cienfueguera en la contemporaneidad, como parte del enfoque de género. Los métodos utilizados se manifiestan en el orden teórico y empírico, entre ellos: el lógico histórico, el análisis y síntesis, la inducción y deducción, el análisis de documentos y las entrevistas. Como resultado se obtiene que, si bien es una vía de empleo formalizada, y la mujer ha ocupado un lugar decisivo como parte del empoderamiento, aún hay estigmas y desafíos que contrastan con este tipo de empleo, al revelar nuevos estereotipos y sentimientos, así como formas de proceder por diferentes actores, elementos estos que habían desaparecido en etapas anteriores del decursar cubano. De igual forma, se revelan las tendencias y contradicciones de la sociedad cubana.

SELF-EMPLOYMENT WORK IN THE LIGHT OF CIENFUEGUERA WOMAN IN CONTEMPORARYITY

ABSTRACT

Various changes implemented by economic and social policies have occurred in the Cuban nation. Since 2011 and, later in 2015, self-employment has become one of the ways of social and labor insertion, where the Cuban family has obtained its space to obtain income through legal means, together with This has been able to reorder its system and living conditions and for this reason, it is currently one of the forms of property approved and recognized in the documents that govern the economic and social policy of our country and the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba. He works proposes as an objective to reflect on the behavior of self-employment in contemporary Cienfuegos women, as part of the gender approach. The methods used are manifested in the theoretical and empirical order, including: historical logic, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, document analysis and interviews. As a result, it is obtained that, although it is a formalized way of employment, and women have occupied a decisive place as part of empowerment, there are still stigmas and challenges that contrast with this type of employment, by revealing new stereotypes and feelings, as well as ways of proceeding by different actors, elements that had disappeared in previous stages of the Cuban course. In the same way, the tendencies and contradictions of Cuban society are revealed.
