PERFECCIONAMIENTO DEL MODELO MULTIOBJETIVO PARA GESTIONAR LOS RECURSOS FÍSICOS EN EL SISTEMA LOGÍSTICO DE EMPRESAS COMERCIALIZADORAS

RESUMEN

La actualización del modelo económico cubano impone cambios en las empresas en pos de lograr un desempeño superior y perfeccionamiento de sus procesos. En este sentido las organizaciones buscan la gestión integrada de los sistemas logísticos, apoyados en el proceso de toma de decisión a través del empleo de herramientas matemáticas. Con la idea de reducir los tiempos de respuesta e identificar la cantidad óptima de recursos, las organizaciones se apoyan en técnicas que garanticen la información necesaria para el logro de sus objetivos. Las empresas comercializadoras cubanas enfocadas en perfeccionar su sistema logístico, son unas de las que más recurren a este tipo de técnicas con la meta de optimizar sus procesos internos. A través de la identificación de problemas que afectan el correcto desempeño logístico de estas organizaciones y de una revisión de la literatura se encontraron deficiencias en el modelo multiobjetivo propuesto por Lao León (2017). Esta investigación persigue como objetivo: perfeccionar el modelo multiobjetivo de los recursos físicos que intervienen en el sistema logístico en empresas comercializadoras. Como resultado de esta investigación se perfeccionó el modelo multiobjetivo propuesto por Lao León (2017) que asegura la gestión de los medios, objeto y fuerza de trabajo necesario en el sistema logístico de empresas comercializadoras. A lo largo del desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el histórico–lógico y el análisis y síntesis; y empíricos como la programación multiobjetivo y la programación entera.

IMPROVEMENT OF THE MULTIOBJETIVE MODEL TO MANAGE PHYSICAL RESOURCES IN THE LOGISTICS SYSTEM OF TRADING COMPANIES

ABSTRACT

The update of the Cuban economic model, imposes changes in companies in order to achieve superior performance and improvement of their processes. In this sense, organizations seek integrated management of logistics systems, supported in the decision-making process through the use of mathematical tools. With the idea of reducing response times and identifying the optimal amount of resources, organizations rely on techniques that guarantee the information necessary to achieve their objectives. The Cuban trading companies focused on perfecting their logistics system, are some of the most resorting to this type of techniques with the goal of optimizing their internal processes. Through the identification of problems that affect the correct logistic performance of these organizations and a review of the literature, deficiencies were found in the multiobjective model proposed by Lao León (2017). The objective of this research is to perfect the multi-objective model of the physical resources that intervene in the logistics system in trading companies. As a result of this research, the multi-objective model proposed by Lao León (2017) was perfected, which ensures the management of the means, object and work force necessary in the logistics system of trading companies. Throughout the development of the research, theoretical methods such as historical-logical and analysis and synthesis were used; and empirical ones such as multiobjective programming and the whole programming.
