RESUMEN

Los Métodos de Decisión Multicriterio (MCDM) constituyen una valiosa ayuda en los procesos para solución de los problemas que afectan al medio ambiente, lo que generan la necesidad analizar estos factores dentro del proceso de toma de decisiones, transformándose en una variable importante en el logro de la competitividad empresarial. Estas herramientas pueden ser usadas a solicitud de la comunidad científica en general, o simplemente ayudar a un interesado en el proceso de formular y resolver un problema de decisión particular. El artículo tiene como objetivo la aplicación del método Topsis fuzzy con datos difusos para analizar los problemas ambientales que genera la Empresa Alimentaria Guantánamo, con la utilización de diferentes formas de la matriz de decisión y cómo estos inciden en su nivel de competitividad. Además, se presenta la aplicación del método en un estudio de caso para resolver un problema medioambiental, que tiene como salida evaluar si la normalización afecta al resultado final.

ANALYSIS OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS USING THE TOPSIS FUZZY METHOD AND ITS INTERVENTION IN BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS

ABSTRACT

The Methods of Decision Multicriterio (MCDM) they constitute a valuable help in the processes for solution of the problems that affect to the environment, what you/they generate the necessity to analyze these factors inside the process of taking of decisions, becoming an important variable in the achievement of the managerial competitiveness. These tools can be used to application of the scientific community in general, or simply to help to an interested one in the process of to formulate and to solve a problem of particular decision. The article has as objective the application of the method Topsis fuzzy with diffuse data to analyze the environmental problems that it generates the Alimentary Company Guantánamo, with the use in different ways of the womb of decision and how these they impact in its level of competitiveness. Also, the application of the method is presented in a case study to solve an environmental problem that has as exit to evaluate if the normalization affects to the final result.
