RESUMEN
En la ponencia los autores exponen uno de los resultados de un Proyecto de investigación[1], ejecutado en la Universidad de Holguín, Cuba, que tiene por intención elaborar e implementar un procedimiento para la superación de directivos, jefes de proyectos e investigadores en la gestión del proceso de investigación. La utilización del método científico permitió revelar insuficiencias relacionadas con el cumplimiento de las diferentes etapas del proceso de investigación y la implicación que tiene la preparación de los directivos, jefes de proyectos e investigadores en las insuficiencias diagnosticadas. Se creó un procedimiento para la superación del personal implicado en la gestión del proceso de investigación, elaborado según las normativas básicas de la legislación vigente en la República de Cuba para la Educación de Postgrado. Su implementación, como parte de la introducción de los resultados de la investigación, en la Universidad de Holguín, ha revelado lo pertinente que resulta la propuesta para la solución de las insuficiencias diagnosticadas por los autores.

ABSTRACT
In the presentation, the authors present one of the results of a research project carried out at the University of Holguín, Cuba, which intends to develop and implement a procedure for overcoming managers, project managers and researchers in managing the process. research. The use of the scientific method revealed weaknesses related to compliance with the different stages of the research process and the implication of the preparation of managers, project managers and researchers in the diagnosed shortcomings. A procedure was created for the improvement of the personnel involved in the management of the research process, prepared according to the basic regulations of the legislation in force in the Republic of Cuba for Postgraduate Education. Its implementation, as part of the introduction of the research results, at the University of Holguín, has revealed the relevance of the proposal for the solution of the insufficiencies diagnosed by the authors.
