RESUMEN
Nuestro país se encuentra enfrascado en un proceso de actualización del modelo económico socialista, donde la contratación económica juega un importante papel entre los sujetos de los diferentes sectores que participan en las relaciones económicas y de forma especial en el sector estatal por constituir el mayoritario. A pesar de la variedad de medidas que se han tomado para perfeccionar el proceso de contratación económica, como la aprobación de nuevas normas jurídicas en esta materia, aún se constatan deficiencias en la concertación, seguimiento a los dictámenes jurídicos y formas de acreditación de las partes contratantes. Estas razones motivaron a las autoras a realizar la presente investigación, con el objetivo de elaborar una propuesta de material docente que facilite la superación de los sujetos que intervienen en el proceso de contratación económica en las empresas estatales del municipio Holguín.

ABSTRACT
Our country is involved in a process of updating the socialist economic model, where economic contracting plays an important role among the subjects of the different sectors that participate in economic relations and especially in the state sector because it is the majority. Despite the variety of measures that have been taken to improve the economic contracting process, such as the approval of new legal regulations in this matter, there are still deficiencies in the agreement, monitoring of legal opinions and forms of accreditation of the parties contracting parties. These reasons motivated the authors to carry out this research, with the aim of preparing a proposal for teaching material that facilitates the improvement of the subjects involved in the economic contracting process in the state companies of the Holguín municipality.
