RESUMEN

El objetivo de este trabajo es el análisis de resultados estadísticos de datos recolectados en el estudio de los factores determinantes de la permanencia de las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas en la ciudad de Ensenada, Baja California. El análisis se realizó a 172 empresas del sector servicios, el primer parte se conforma de los estadísticos descriptivos para identificar la frecuencia de distribución de cada una de las dimensiones que caracterizan a la variable de capital humano del estudio. Como segundo apartado se realiza un análisis de estadística inferencial (pruebas paramétricas y no paramétricas) de dicha variable y sus dimensiones, el procesamiento de datos se llevó a cabo por medio del programa SPSS.

ABSTRACT:

The objective of this work is the analysis of statistical results of data collected in the study of the determinants of the permanence of Small and Medium Enterprises in the city of Ensenada, Baja California. The analysis was made to 172 companies in the service sector; the first part is made up of descriptive statistics to identify the frequency of distribution of each of the dimensions that characterize the human capital variable of the study. As a second section an analysis of inferential statistics (parametric and nonparametric tests) of said variable and its dimensions is performed, the data processing was carried out through the SPSS program.
