Resumen
El presente trabajo aborda las necesidades e intereses inmediatos de superación de los educadores artísticos y principalmente su labor en la esfera educacional. Se investiga para ello el empleo de las técnicas de participación, herramientas complementarias que pueden utilizar en sus actividades educativas frecuentes, motivando la planificación más amena de clases. Este trabajo abre una oportunidad para encontrarle solución a este problema por medio del uso del método científico. En consecuencia, se establecen elementos de contenido y forma que pueden ser útiles para realizar un correcto empleo de las técnicas de participación, mediante ejemplificaciones de sus metodologías a seguir, lo que favorece el desempeño social de este profesional. Al tener en cuenta las potencialidades del arte, como vehículo extraordinario, para emitir enseñanzas y la labor del educador artístico en las escuelas el trabajo con las técnicas de participación permite el logro de los objetivos de forma dinámica y motivadora.

SET OF ALTERNATIVES TO ENCOURAGE THE USE OF PARTICIPATION TECHNIQUES IN THE WORK OF ARTISTIC EDUCATORS
Abstract
This work addresses the immediate needs and interests of overcoming artistic educators and mainly their work in the educational sphere. For this, the use of participation techniques is investigated, complementary tools that they can use in their frequent educational activities, motivating the most enjoyable planning of lessons. This work opens an opportunity to find a solution to this problem through the scientific method. Consequently, elements of content and form are established that can be useful for the correct use of participation techniques, by means of exemplifications of their methodologies to follow, which favors the social performance of this professional. Taking into account the potential of art, as an extraordinary vehicle, to issue teachings and the work of the artistic educator in schools, working with participation techniques allows the achievement of objectives in a dynamic and motivating way.
