RESUMEN
El objetivo general de la investigación es diseñar un Sistema de gestión ambiental en la Empresa de Conservas y Vegetales UEB Turquino para contribuir al incremento de la calidad de sus servicios, a la protección del medio ambiente y al desarrollo local sostenible. La investigación surge debido a la necesidad de resolver las insuficiencias en lo referido al sistema de gestión ambiental en la Empresa UEB de Conservas y Vegetales Turquino Holguín. Como vía de solución a la problemática, ¿Cómo contribuir a que los directivos y trabajadores contribuyan a gestionar y preservar el medio ambiente en las empresas, en función del desarrollo local? procedimiento sustentado en un modelo pedagógico de vinculación Universidad – Empresa, con un enfoque de sostenibilidad hacia la Agenda 2030, como contribución a la calidad del proyecto que se ejecuta. El presente trabajo describe el impacto que reciben las universidades después del aporte de la agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible, aprobada en septiembre de 2015 por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas.

ABSTRACT
The general objective of the research is to design an Environmental Management System in the UEB Turquino Conservation and Vegetable Company to contribute to the increase in the quality of its services, to the protection of the environment and to sustainable local development. The investigation arises due to the need to resolve the shortcomings in relation to the environmental management system in the UEB Company of Conservas y Vegetales Turquino Holguín. As a way of solving the problem, how to help managers and workers contribute to managing and preserving the environment in companies, based on local development? procedure based on a pedagogical model of University - Company linkage, with a sustainability approach towards the 2030 Agenda, as a contribution to the quality of the project being executed. This work describes the impact that universities receive after the contribution of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, approved in September 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly.
