SIEMBRA DE PERALES: UNA SINGULAR INICIATIVA PARA LA TRANSFORMACIÓN DEL ÁMBITO ESCOLAR A TRAVÉS DE LA ACCIÓN MOVILIZADORA DE LA CULTURA

RESUMEN

La tendencia de la escuela a cerrarse en sí misma y a limitarse a lo establecido en el currículo centralizado constituye una de las principales problemáticas en el replanteamiento que la sociedad cubana demanda a la educación en la actualidad. El aprovechamiento del poder transformador de la acción cultural se ha constituido en el factor sinérgico de una iniciativa liderada por estudiantes y profesores del Departamento de Educación Artísticade la Universidad de Holguínen escuelas del Consejo Popular Pedro Díaz Cuello. La experiencia se sustenta en una visión que asume el carácter activo del profesional en formación en los procesos culturales del entorno.La labor conjunta y sistemática entre las instituciones educativas del Consejo Popular, con la incorporación de diferentes actores sociales y el particular protagonismo de los instructores de arte, ha propiciado el diseño de espacios y horarios que generan una dinámica escolar diferente, en la que los procesos educativos se enriquecen a través de acciones que se conciben desde una perspectiva esencialmente cultural. El impacto alcanzado se expresa no solo en la transformación gradual del ambiente sociocultural de escuelas primarias, secundarias básicas y centros de educación especial, sino también en la preparación de directivos de Educación, Cultura y la Brigada José Martí; así como de maestros, bibliotecarias, asistentes educativas, profesores de educación física ycomputación, guías bases, psicopedagogos, logopedas y promotores culturales, en unaarticulación coherente que comienza a ser referente en el camino hacia una escuela abierta a su entorno, que propicie verdaderos avances en el desarrollo humano.

THE SOWING OF DE PEAR TREES: A SINGULAR INITIATIVE FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE SCHOLAR ENVIROMENT THROUGH THE MOBILIZABLE ACTION OF CULTURE

aBSTRACT

The tendency of the school to close itself and to circumscribe itself to the norms in the centralized curriculum is one of the main problems in the rethinking that the Cuban society demands to the education at present. The use of the transforming power of the cultural action has become the synergistic factor of an initiative led by students and teachers of the art instructors in the Pedro Diaz Coello Popular Council schools and its surroundings, which allows a different vision and favors the active character of the student in the cultural processes opening a greater perspective to his participation and leadership. Joint, systematic and functional action among the educational institutions of the People's Council, with the participation of different social actors, especially art instructors, has provided spaces that offer the possibility of developing a school open to the environment. The impact achieved is expressed not only in the transformation of the sociocultural environment of Kindergartens, Elementary and Secondary Schools, but also in the preparation of education, culture and José Martí Art Instructors Brigade; as well as teachers, librarians, physical education teachers, computer teachers, basic guides, psycho-pedagogues and cultural promoters, which favors the systematization of experiences in other educational institutions.
