RESUMEN
El fomento del emprendimiento social es una vía de la sociedad contemporánea para la mejora de la sociedad. Para propagarlo el ámbito educativo universitario posee potencialidades para formar emprendedores/as sociales. que permita la participación, implicación y compromiso con su comunidad local. La investigación tiene el objetivo de fomentar el emprendimiento social a través de la gestión socioambiental en el ámbito universitario de la Cultura Física cubana, en la Universidad de Holguín. La experiencia validada durante más de diez años, parte de una concepción de formación ambiental integradora, aplicada a través de una estrategia educativo - ambiental que se concreta en acciones de carácter académicas, investigativas y extensionistas, gestionada a través de la extensión universitaria, con un enfoque transdisciplinar. El ámbito educativo de la validación expresa el compromiso de Cultura Física en Cuba con la elevación de la calidad de vida para lo cual se requiere elevar la calidad ambiental.

ABSTRACT
The social undertaking’s fomentation is a road of contemporary society for the improvement of society. In order to propagate it’s the educational university space that who possess potentialities to fomenting social undertaker’s, that allow participation, implication and commitment with his local community. The investigation has the objective of fomenting the social undertaking through the socioambiental management in the university space of Cuban´s Physical Culture, at Holguín's University. The validated experience during over ten years, part of a conception of environmental integrative formation, applied through an educational - environmental strategy that get to the point in actions of academic, investigating and extensionist character, management through the university extension, with a transdisciplinar focus. The educational space of the validation expresses the commitment of Physical Culture in Cuba with the elevation of quality of life for which requires uplifting the environmental quality.
