Resumen
La investigación aborda como objeto de estudio la gestión organizacional, que se desarrolla en un entorno cambiante, determinado por la creciente competencia en el mercado para satisfacer las exigencias de los clientes y de las restantes partes interesadas, quienes cada vez están más preparados, exigen no solo la calidad de los productos y servicios en sí, sino que esta sea lograda con la protección del ambiente y la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores, haciendo uso de los avances tecnológicos; demandando con énfasis el reforzamiento del liderazgo como premisa para la correcta gestión empresarial. El objetivo general es diseñar un procedimiento para la gestión integrada de la calidad, ambiente, seguridad y salud en el trabajo con enfoque de liderazgo. Toma como base los requisitos de las normas: NC ISO 9001:2015, NC ISO 14001: 2015, NC ISO 45001: 2018, UNE 66177:2005 y las experiencias de los modelos y enfoques consultados, se utilizaron métodos de la investigación científica teóricos y empíricos

THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK WITH A LEADERSHIP APPROACH
Abstract
The research approaches organizational management, which is carried out in a changing environment, determined by the growing competition in the market to satisfy the demands of customers and other interested parties, who are increasingly prepared, demand not to only the quality of the products and services themselves, but that this is achieved with the protection of the environment and the safety and health of workers, making use of technological advances; demanding with emphasis the reinforcement of leadership as a premise for correct business management. The general objective is to design a procedure for the integrated management of quality, environment, safety and health at work with a leadership focus. Based on the requirements of the standards: NC ISO 9001: 2015, NC ISO 14001: 2015, NC ISO 45001: 2018, UNE 66177: 2005 and the experiences of the models and approaches consulted, theoretical scientific research methods were used and empirical.
