RESUMEN
La presente investigación doctoral aún en proceso de desarrollo reviste gran importancia para el periodo post-COVID19, dada su intención de diseñar un instrumental metodológico para contribuir a la efectividad del trabajo de las direcciones turísticas, que se asienta en la combinación de criterios ramales y territoriales para lograr impactos sociales[1]en el desarrollo local de municipios costeros.

ABSTRACT
This doctoral research, still in the process of development, is of great importance for the post-COVID19 period, given its intention to design a methodological instrument to contribute to the effectiveness of the work of tourist directions, which is based on the combination of branch criteria and territorial to achieve social impacts in the local development of coastal municipalities.
