IMPLEMENTACIÓN 5” S” COMO METODOLOGÌA DE MEJORA CONTINUA EN LOS ALMACENES DE UNA EMPRESA COMERCIALIZADORA

RESUMEN

El presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado con la el fin de “Implementar 5”S”, como Metodología de mejora continua en los almacenes  de una Empresa Comercializadora de Ropa en San Bartolo del Llano, Ixtlahuaca, Estado de México”, con la finalidad de obtener un resultado y efecto positivo que representa en la empresa, desde los puntos de vista de sinergia operativa, ventaja financiera y creación de ambientes de trabajo, que al disponer de los elementos realmente indispensables se transforma en sitios agradables y seguros, para evitar incidentes en el área de almacén. Se inició  en el área  de almacén en el cual,  se identificó  una mala organización y distribución de espacios que provocaban que la actividad fuera deficiente en el lugar de trabajo; mediante la generación de planes de acción en los procesos de la Metodología 5”S”, se sugirió  una serie de actividades,  para que con su cumplimiento en tiempo y forma se  diera  solución a los problemas que no generaban valor a la actividad que desarrolla día a día en el almacén  como: el retraso en la respuesta al cliente en la entrega de pedidos, la acumulación de productos  sin movimiento y la desorganización del almacén.  Al mismo tiempo se realizó la clasificación ABC de los inventarios y el análisis del stock de seguridad, con el propósito de que la empresa conozca la dinámica de su área de almacén de productos, con el propósito de direccionar de manera efectiva, todas las decisiones que involucran el almacenamiento del mínimo de productos hasta un máximo, para mejorar la distribución de espacios y tener más control sobre su activo y reducir el área física del almacén del lugar de trabajo.

5 "S" IMPLEMENTATION AS A METHODOLOGY FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IN THE WAREHOUSES OF A MARKETING COMPANY

ABSTRACT

This research work was carried out in order to "Implement 5" S ", as a Methodology of continuous improvement in the warehouses of a Clothing Marketing Company in San Bartolo del Llano, Ixtlahuaca, State of Mexico", with the purpose of obtain a result and positive effect that it represents in the company, from the points of view of operational synergy, financial advantage and creation of work environments, which by having the really essential elements are transformed into pleasant and safe places, to avoid incidents in the warehouse area. It began in the warehouse area in which a poor organization and distribution of spaces was identified that caused the activity to be deficient in the workplace; Through the generation of action plans in the 5 ”S” Methodology processes, a series of activities were suggested, so that with their fulfillment in a timely manner, a solution would be given to the problems that did not generate value for the activity carried out day a day in the warehouse such as: the delay in the response to the customer in the delivery of orders, the accumulation of products without movement and the disorganization of the warehouse. At the same time, the ABC classification of the inventories and the analysis of the safety stock were carried out, in order for the company to know the dynamics of its product warehouse area, in order to effectively direct all the decisions that They involve the storage of the minimum of products to a maximum, to improve the distribution of spaces and have more control over their assets and reduce the physical area of ​​the workplace warehouse.
