MANAGEMENT OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR GROUP FOR THE FORMATION OF POWERS AND ATTITUDES OF STUDENT LEADERSHIP
ABSTRACT
The work has the objective of improving the management of the academic year group in the construction of power, student leadership attitudes, and protagonism of the teachers who work in this base link. It exposes the experiences the group of fourth year of the Accounting and Finance degree, of the university of Sancti Spiritus José Martì Perez. Conclusions derived from the final reflection reveal positive transformations that denote greater dynamism and creativity in the work of the main teacher of the year and the group, increased participation of teachers and students in the educational strategy, a more democratic relationship among all and increased of student leadership attitudes.
