RESUMEN

El sistema de educación superior y las universidades no pueden encontrarse ajenas a los cambios actuales, pues esta casa de altos estudios quien tiene el encargo social de preparar a los profesionales que deben conducir el continuo desarrollo de las diferentes esferas de la vida logrando la sostenibilidad de ésta,  al tiempo que se tienen en cuenta los problemas medio ambientales y de seguridad del género humano, es decir pasando a una concepción superior, en la cual el hombre  como ser ecológico no viene al mundo para dominar y transformar la naturaleza, sino que es parte de ella y vive en armonía con ella estableciendo un dialogo beneficioso para ambas partes en el proceso de desarrollo social. Con el objetivo de ir dando repuesta a las exigencias sociales, las universidades se han enfrascado en cambios, buscando adecuar los estudios tanto de pregrado como de postgrado, por lo que investigadores de todo el mundo se dedican a diferentes temáticas y como resultado, en los últimos tiempos se habla como una alternativa cada vez con más fuerzas, la formación de competencias.

THE SKILLS TRAINING APPROACH FOR THE ELECTRICAL BACHELOR CAREER IN THE NEW UNIVERSITY CONTEXT

ABSTRACT

The higher education system and the universities cannot be oblivious to the current changes, since this house of higher studies who has the social responsibility of preparing the professionals who must lead the continuous development of the different spheres of life, achieving the sustainability of this, while taking into account the environmental and security problems of the human race, that is, moving to a higher conception, in which man as an ecological being does not come into the world to dominate and transform nature, but is part of it and lives in harmony with it, establishing a dialogue that is beneficial to both parties in the process of social development. With the aim of responding to social demands, universities have been involved in changes, seeking to adapt both undergraduate and postgraduate studies, so that researchers from all over the world are dedicated to different topics and as a result, in the In recent times, it is spoken as an alternative with increasing force, the training of competencies.
