INCLUSIÓN DE ESTUDIANTES CON NECESIDADES EDUCATIVAS ESPECIALES.

Resumen: El principio de inclusión educativa fue adoptado por la Declaración de Salamanca (1994) e implica que las escuelas regulares deben atender a los estudiantes con discapacidad, independiente de su tipo. De ahí que el artículo analizo la inclusión educativa de estudiantes con discapacidad, producto de una investigación documental, con base en el método hermenéutico. Se concluye que a pesar de algunos avances aún no hay completa claridad acerca de la concepción de inclusión y a pesar la actitud generalmente favorable de los docentes, es evidente que no están totalmente preparados en la temática y que se requiere una transformación del pensamiento de la sociedad en general; siendo básico la formación de la sociedad como un proyecto cultural educativo que motive el querer actuar por la inclusión.

INCLUSION OF STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

Summary: The principle of educational inclusion was adopted by the Declaration of Salamanca (1994) and implies that regular schools must serve students with disabilities, regardless of their type. Hence, the article analyzed the educational inclusion of students with disabilities, the product of a documentary research, based on the hermeneutical method. It is concluded that despite some progress there is still not complete clarity about the conception of inclusion and despite the generally favorable attitude of teachers, it is evident that they are not fully prepared on the subject and that a transformation of the thinking of society is required usually; being basic the formation of society as an educational cultural project that motivates wanting to act for inclusion.
