RESUMEN
El presente documento muestra los resultados de la investigación: Factores que inciden en el proceso de elaboración de la tesis en los estudiantes del 8º. Semestre, de la Licenciatura en Pedagogía de la Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas, (UNACH) México, realizado en 2020 - 2021. El estudio se orientó a indagar los factores que inciden en la redacción de la tesis del último semestre de la licenciatura. Se logró obtener las opiniones de los estudiantes para valorar las fortalezas y debilidades que enfrentan. Se empleó una metodología cuantitativa dada la situación de la pandemia del COVID -19 que ya se afrontaba (abril 2020) y esto originó aplicar las encuestas de manera virtual a 54 estudiantes del 8º semestre de la carrera en Pedagogía. Se tenía contemplado entrevistas a profesores, pero ya no fue posible realizarlo. Los datos obtenidos no solo contribuyeron en la formación de recursos humanos, sino también en la titulación de 2 estudiantes de pregrado que participaron en la investigación; asimismo, proporcionará información que serán de gran utilidad en los procesos de revisión y actualización curricular que se llevan a cabo en la actualidad, así también en las acciones de evaluación y acreditación del programa educativo.

Abstract
This document shows the results of the research: Factors that affect the thesis preparation process in 8th grade students. Semester, of the Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy at the Autonomous University of Chiapas, (UNACH) Mexico, held in 2020 - 2021. The study was oriented to investigate the factors that affect the writing of the thesis of the last semester of the degree. It was possible to obtain the opinions of the students to assess the strengths and weaknesses they face. A quantitative methodology was used given the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic that was already being faced (April 2020) and this led to the virtual application of the surveys to 54 students of the 8th semester of the career in Pedagogy. Interviews with teachers were contemplated, but it was no longer possible to do so. The data obtained not only contributed to the training of human resources, but also to the qualification of 2 undergraduate students who participated in the research; Likewise, it will provide information that will be very useful in the curricular revision and updating processes that are currently being carried out, as well as in the evaluation and accreditation actions of the educational program.
