ADELANTOS CIENTÍFICO-TÉCNICOS RELACIONADOS A LA ORTODONCIA EN CUBA. APORTES PARA LA FORMACIÓN DEL ESPECIALISTA

RESUMEN

Introducción: La Ortodoncia como especialidad médica ha manifestado avances significativos en las últimas dos décadas que impactan de lo global en el contexto cubano y que se tornan interesantes a la luz de las transformaciones en el ejercicio de atención a la población en la sociedad cubana actual. Objetivo: El presenta trabajo que se presenta en opción a examen de cambio de categoría docente en el área de Problemas Sociales de la Ciencia y la Técnica, aborda la cuestión del análisis y evaluación de los adelantos científico-técnicos relacionados a la Ortodoncia en Cuba. Materiales y métodos: Para ello se hace un tránsito de lo general a lo particular geográficamente hablando de lo que sucede como avance científico a nivel internacional, en comparación con lo local, para deducir cómo en Cuba como país en vía de desarrollo se manifiestan avances significativos en esta área de las Ciencias Médicas y Servicios de Salud para el bienestar de nuestra sociedad. Para lograr los resultados propuestas se emplearon los métodos de investigación científico-médica, con especificidad en el análisis histórico-lógico, el tránsito de lo abstracto a lo concreto, el análisis hermenéutico y el análisis documental, que de conjunto con la observación científica de los aspectos que se constatan en el contexto real de ejercicio profesional posibilitan corroborar los aspectos reflejados en el texto científico. Resultados: se conciben importantes avances sobre la base de los momentos de reflexión en los que se abordan los problemas sociales de la ciencia médica en el área de la ortodoncia van desde la evolución histórica de la ortodoncia en Cuba, las problemáticas de la enseñanza, así como la posibilidad de aumentar la eficiencia en los servicios de esta especialidad médica. Conclusiones: la Ortodoncia es una especialidad que ha configurado transformaciones significativas que han impactado en el área de avances tecnológicos que con la posibilidad de implementarlos desde la enseñanza y la práctica sistemática han denotado mejora en la eficacia de los servicios independientemente de las limitaciones económicas que posee el Estado cubano y por ende nuestro Sistema de Salud Pública.

SCIENTIFIC-TECHNICAL ADVANCES RELATED TO ORTHODONTICS IN CUBA. CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF THE SPECIALIST.

Abstract

Introduction: The Orthodontics like medical specialty has manifested significant advances in the last two decades that impact of the global thing in the Cuban context and that you interesting turning by the light of the transformations in the exercise of attention to the population in the current Cuban society. Objective: He presents work that is presented in option to exam of change of educational category in the area of Social Problems of the Science and the Technique, it approaches the question of the analysis and evaluation of the advances scientific-technicians related to the Orthodontics in Cuba. Materials and methods: For it is made it a traffic from the general thing to the particular thing geographically speaking of what happens like scientific advance at international level, in comparison with the local thing, to deduce how in Cuba like country in via of development significant advances are manifested in this area of the Medical Sciences and Services of Health for the well-being of our society. To achieve the results proposals the methods of investigation scientific-doctor they were used, with specificity in the historical-logical analysis, the traffic of the abstract thing to the concrete thing, the hermeneutic analysis and the documental analysis that of group with the scientific observation of the aspects that you/they are verified in the real context of professional exercise facilitate to corroborate the aspects reflected in the scientific text. Results: The reflection moments in those that the social problems of the medical science are approached in the area of the orthodontics go from the historical evolution of the orthodontics in Cuba, the problems of the teaching, as well as the possibility to increase the efficiency in the services of this medical specialty. Conclusions: the Orthodontics is a specialty that has configured significant transformations that have impacted in the area of technological advances that with the possibility of implementing them from the teaching and the systematic practice have denoted improvement independently in the effectiveness of the services of the economic limitations that it possesses the Cuban State and for System of Public Health.
