PERFILES DE NECESIDADES Y CLASES PARA ESTUDIANTES COMO INSTRUMENTOS DE EVALUACIONES SISTEMÁTICAS

RESUMEN

Los profesionales de la educación en un mundo globalizado necesitan nuevos instrumentos para el logro de un aprendizaje efectivo y significativo. En este sentido los perfiles de necesidades y clase se con convierte en instrumentos de apoyo a la tarea docente para el desarrollo interdisciplinar de las diferentes asignaturas. Es así que la investigación tiene  como objetivo elaborar perfiles de necesidades y clase como instrumentos de diagnósticos en los diferentes niveles del sistema educativo paraguayo. La población estuvo conformada por 60 profesionales de la educación del sector público, subvencionado y privado. Durante la investigación se realizó un análisis descriptivo. Los resultados muestran que la capacitación oportuna a los profesionales de la educación como la elaboración de perfiles de necesidades y clase dan respuestas a los estudiantes que necesitan apoyo individual como grupal de manera generar el aprendizaje significativo. Además, se han hallado evidencias de desconocimientos de la elaboración y aplicación de los perfiles para una valoración sistemática de los estudiantes. Por tanto, se concluye que la adquisición de las competencias profesionales de los docentes con un enfoque más holístico en la que se tome a los sujetos de aprendizaje y sus intereses son claves para todo proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. A la vez, con  el trabajo articulado entre los diferentes niveles del sistema educativo abre un abanico para generar perfiles generales y específicos para la atención oportuna a la diversidad de los estudiantes en la actualidad.

PROFILES OF NEEDS AND CLASSES FOR STUDENTS AS INSTRUMENTS OF SYSTEMATIC ASSESSMENTS

 Abstract

Education professionals in a globalized world need new instruments to achieve effective and meaningful learning. In this sense, the profiles of needs and class become tools to support the teaching task for the interdisciplinary development of the different subjects. Thus, the research aims to develop needs and class profiles as diagnostic instruments at the different levels of the Paraguayan educational system. The population consisted of 60 education professionals from the public, subsidized and private sectors. During the investigation, a descriptive analysis was carried out. The results show that timely training for education professionals such as the preparation of needs and class profiles provide answers to students who need individual and group support in order to generate meaningful learning. In addition, evidence of ignorance of the preparation and application of profiles for a systematic assessment of students has been found. Therefore, it is concluded that the acquisition of the professional skills of teachers with a more holistic approach in which the learning subjects and their interests are taken are key to any teaching-learning process. At the same time, with the work articulated between the different levels of the educational system, it opens a range to generate general and specific profiles for timely attention to the diversity of students today.
