EVALUATION OF FINANCIAL PROFITABILITY FOR THE BUSINESS OF PROCESSING AND MARKETING OF COFFEE

RESUMEN
Conocer la rentabilidad de una inversión nos permite saber qué porcentaje del dinero o capital invertido se ha ganado o recuperado y, por tanto, qué tan bueno ha sido el desempeño de la inversión; o, en el caso de una inversión que aún no se ha realizado, saber qué porcentaje del dinero o capital que se va a invertir se va a ganar o recuperar y, por tanto, qué tan atractiva es. La investigación presentada realiza un breve esbozo sobre la aplicación de un procedimiento propuesto, permitiendo la identificación de las principales deficiencias en cuanto a la evaluación de la rentabilidad, estableciendo el plan de acción correspondiente para su perfeccionamiento.

EVALUATION OF FINANCIAL PROFITABILITY FOR THE BUSINESS OF PROCESSING AND MARKETING OF COFFEE
ABSTRACT
Knowing the profitability of an investment allows us to know what percentage of the money or invested capital has been earned or recovered and, therefore, how good the investment has been; or, in the case of an investment that has not yet been made, knowing what percentage of the money or capital to be invested is going to be earned or recovered and, therefore, how attractive it is. The research presented makes a brief outline of the application of a propose procedure, allowing the identification of the main deficiencies in terms of evaluating profitability, establishing the corresponding action plan for its improvement.
