EL LIDERAZGO COLECTIVO EN LA EDUCACIÓN, LA RUTA DEL CAMBIO DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA LATINOAMERICANA

El liderazgo en la sociedad contemporánea del siglo XXI, es un término que cada vez cobra mayor relevancia, no solamente porque hace que las organizaciones tengan un alto nivel de orientación al cumplimiento de metas, sino que posibilita que las relaciones humanas sean el común denominador del éxito organizacional versus los resultados esperados; ahora bien, en el escenario educativo la situación no es diferente en términos de su finalidad, salvo que su ejecución y manejo si necesitan consideraciones específicas que hagan énfasis en su razón de ser al posibilitar soluciones conjuntas a la sociedad. Ahora bien, este documento realiza una revisión literaria la cual se ha confeccionado desde especificadamente tres perspectivas, como son: a) el liderazgo y la gestión educativa, b) el liderazgo educativo como ventaja competitiva, y c) integración del liderazgo en el escenario latinoamericano; de forma que se comprende la participación general del liderazgo en las decisiones que se toman al interior de un centro educativo, el impacto de este al interior y exterior del centro de educación y de forma general el aporte en la realidad social. Por último, se comparten las conclusiones que se generan desde la revisión bibliográfica realizada, donde se comparten algunas oportunidades de mejora para la realidad latinoamericana, y se resaltan múltiples aspectos relevantes que posibilitan que la dirección educativa y la gestión de instituciones educativas se vean directamente favorecidas de cara a la dinámica educativa y los retos que asumen los sistemas educativos.

Abstract
Leadership in contemporary society in the 21st century is a term that is becoming increasingly relevant, not only because it makes organizations have a high level of goal-fulfillment orientation, but also enables human relationships to be the common denominator of the organizational success versus expected results; Now, in the educational scenario, the situation is no different in terms of its purpose, except that its execution and management do need specific specifications that emphasize its reason for being by enabling joint solutions to society. Now, this document carries out a literary review which has been made from specifically three perspectives, such as: a) educational leadership and management, b) educational leadership as a competitive advantage, and c) the integration of leadership in the Latin American scenario ; In a way that includes the general participation of the leadership in the decisions that are made within an educational center, the impact of this inside and outside the education center and in general the contribution in social reality. Finally, the conclusions that are generated from the bibliographic review carried out are shared, where some opportunities for improvement are shared for the Latin American reality, and multiple relevant aspects are highlighted that allow the educational direction and management of educational institutions to be directly favored in the face of educational dynamics and the challenges assumed by educational systems.
