Resumen:
La ponencia de investigación tiene por título: La dirección por procesos: una mirada desde el Departamento Docente de Comunicación Social, presenta como problema de investigación: ¿Cómo lograr más eficacia en el proceso de negociación dentro de la dirección por procesos en las Áreas de Resultados Claves en el Departamento de Comunicación Social de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanísticas, Universidad de Guantánamo?, y como objetivo: Elaborar un plan de acción para la contribución al proceso de negociación de la dirección por procesos en las Áreas de Resultados Claves del Departamento Docente de Comunicación Social en la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanísticas, de la Universidad de Guantánamo. Se emplearon métodos y técnicas del nivel cualitativo, se describen cómo se desarrollan estos pasos y propone como posible solución la instrumentación de mecanismos de perfeccionamiento los sistemas de dirección, que garanticen a su vez la finalidad la dirección por procesos.

The research paper is entitled: The process management: a look from the Teaching Department of Social Communication, presents as a research problem: How to achieve more efficiency in the negotiation process within the process management in the Results Areas Keys in the Department of Social Communication of the Faculty of Social and Humanistic Sciences, University of Guantánamo ?, and as an objective: Prepare an action plan to contribute to the negotiation process of the management by processes in the Key Results Areas of the Department Professor of Social Communication at the Faculty of Social and Humanistic Sciences, at the University of Guantánamo. Methods and techniques of the qualitative level were used, describes how these steps are developed and proposes as a possible solution the implementation of mechanisms for improving management systems, which in turn guarantee the purpose of process management.
