Resumen:
El presente estudio tiene el objetivo principal de analizar teóricamente la logística en la hotelería, En aras de conocer y socializar el comportamiento de dicha temática en este sector tan importante en la economía Cubana. El mismo expone aspectos relacionados con el análisis conceptual de la logística, la logística como parte del turismo especialmente en la hotelería (sus principales deficiencias y la concepción en la hotelería cubana), las consideraciones generales del sistema logístico en la hotelería y la logística inversa como un elemento de competitividad en el sector turístico.

Abstract:
The present study has the main objective of theoretically analyzing the logistics in the hotel industry, In order to know and socialize the behavior of said theme in this important sector in the Cuban economy. It exposes aspects related to the conceptual analysis of logistics, logistics as part of tourism especially in the hotel industry (its main deficiencies and the conception in the Cuban hotel industry), the general considerations of the logistics system in the hotel and reverse logistics as an element of competitiveness in the tourism sector.
