ACTIONS TO PROMOTE THE INCREASE IN SALES IN RETAIL TRADE OF THE MUNICIPALITY JESÚS MENÉNDEZ

RESUMEN
La presente investigación está dirigida a mejorar los indicadores de eficiencia en la Empresa de Comercio Minorista de nuestro municipio, en especial la Circulación Mercantil de lo cual las ventas en este sector representa significativamente la solvencia económica de la empresa, donde se hace referencia a la evolución histórica de esta actividad desde el triunfo de la Revolución hasta la actualidad, causas y consecuencias a nivel global, nacional y local. Se proponen instrumentos e indicadores para diagnosticar el nivel de rentabilidad y diseñar un sistema de acciones para favorecer la actividad en el municipio de Jesús Menéndez.

ABSTRACT
This research is aimed at improving the efficiency indicators in the Retail Trade Company of our municipality, especially the Mercantile Circulation of which the sales in this sector significantly represent the economic solvency of the company, where reference is made to the evolution history of this activity from the triumph of the Revolution to the present, causes and consequences at a global, national and local level. Instruments and indicators are proposed to diagnose the level of profitability and design a system of actions to promote activity in the municipality of Jesus’ Menéndez.
