LA CULTURA ENERGÉTICA EN LA COMUNIDAD, NECESIDAD PARA LA FORMACIÓN LABORAL DE ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS

RESUMEN
Uno de los objetivos fundamentales del sistema educativo cubano lo constituye la formación de una cultura energética para el siglo XXI que sea viable con nuestra realidad, donde es importante que se promuevan el ahorro de electricidad, la educación a la familia desde la escuela y la comunidad, para lograr un país sustentable y sostenible. Por lo que corresponde a la educación un rol permanente para cumplir esta intención. Dentro del proceso docente educativo se incluyen acciones pedagógicas que integra el programa de ahorro de energía en Cuba (PAEC) para crear una cultura energética. En la educación superior la vinculación de los estudiantes a través de los proyectos de impacto social juega un papel formador de profesionales atemperados a las necesidades sociales de su comunidad. El presente trabajo refiere las experiencias y propuestas en la formación laboral de los estudiantes de la carrera Educación Laboral de la universidad Las Tunas a través de la formación de una cultura energética desde el proyecto comunitario ¨Reparador de sueños¨ y el proyecto investigativo “La formación de profesionales de la educación de las ciencias naturales y exactas”, que se pone en práctica en el consejo popular de Buena Vista del municipio Las Tunas.

ABSTRACT
One of the fundamental objectives of the Cuban educational system is the formation of an energy culture for the 21st century that is viable with our reality, where it is important to promote the saving of electricity, the education of the family from the school and the community , to achieve a sustainable and sustainable country. For what corresponds to education a permanent role to fulfill this intention. Within the educational teaching process, pedagogical actions that integrate the energy saving program in Cuba (PAEC) are included to create an energy culture. In higher education, the linking of students through social impact projects plays a training role for professionals tempered to the social needs of their community. The present work refers to the experiences and proposals in the labor training of the students of the Labor Education career of the Las Tunas University through the formation of an energy culture from the community project ¨Reparador de Sueños¨ and the research project “Training of professionals in the education of the natural and exact sciences ”, which is put into practice in the Buena Vista popular council of the Las Tunas municipality.
