ACCIONES PARA FAVORECER FORMACIÓN INICIAL DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA CARRERA LICENCIATURA EN EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA EN EL CUM DE YARA
ACTIONS TO PROMOTE INITIAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS OF THE BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PRIMARY EDUCATION AT THE CUM DE YARA

Resumen.
En el presente trabajo se exponen un sistema de acciones para favorecer la formación inicial de los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Primaria, en el contexto del curso por encuentros. Estas acciones se sustentan en tres dimensiones: curricular, extensionista y sociopolítica, las cuales permiten cumplimentar los objetivos instructivos y educativos presentes en el modelo del profesional del plan de estudio E. Sobre esa base, se realiza un análisis retrospectivo de los resultados docentes alcanzados, desde el curso 2015-2016, periodo que inicia el proceso de integración de la universidad, hasta el curso 2018-2019. Para su realización se emplearon diferentes métodos teóricos como: análisis y síntesis, inducción y deducción, empíricos: observación, análisis de documentos, técnicas: encuesta y estadísticos, el cálculo porcentual. Las acciones realizadas posibilitaron un incremento en la promoción de los estudiantes, una disminución de las deserciones y un mayor sentido de pertenencia de los educandos por la carrera.

Abstract
In the present work a system of actions is exposed to favor the initial formation of the students of the Bachelor's degree in Primary Education, in the context of the course by meetings. These actions are based on three dimensions: curricular, extension and sociopolitical, which allow the instructional and educational objectives present in the professional model of study plan E to be fulfilled. On that basis, a retrospective analysis of the educational results achieved is carried out, from the 2015-2016 academic year, the period that begins the integration process of the university, until the 2018-2019 academic year. For its realization, different theoretical methods were used such as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, empirical: observation, analysis of documents, techniques: survey and statistics, the percentage calculation. The actions carried out enabled an increase in the promotion of students, a decrease in dropouts and a greater sense of belonging of the students for the career.
