Resumen
La investigación que se presenta se intitula: Evaluación socio-económica de la fluctuación laboral en el municipio Guantánamo, donde se propone como objetivo realizar una evaluación de la variable fluctuación laboral en la economía del municipio Guantánamo a través de indicadores económicos y socio-demográficos. El mismo se ha estructurado en dos capítulos que efectúan un análisis y evaluación detallada de los principales indicadores de la población económicamente activa y la fluctuación laboral tanto a nivel provincial como municipal empleando los métodos, técnicas y procedimientos. El capítulo I se dedica a exponer las principales consideraciones teóricas del tema abordado; así como los antecedentes, objetivos de la política de empleo en el país; conceptos, principales características, formas, indicadores fundamentales de la población económicamente activa y la fluctuación laboral. En el capítulo II, se abordan las características generales de la entidad en un primer epígrafe, en un segundo y tercer epígrafe se realiza un diagnóstico de la población económicamente activa de la provincia y el municipio respectivamente y en un cuarto epígrafe se realiza un diagnóstico del comportamiento de la variable fluctuación laboral de la fuerza de trabajo calificada tanto a nivel provincial como municipal a través del cálculo de sus diferentes indicadores y una evaluación económica de las pérdidas producidas por la misma en el municipio. Se arriban a conclusiones y recomendaciones válidas que permitirán crear las correspondientes acciones para lograr un posterior y más detallado estudio para mejorar la situación existente en los momentos actuales.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF THE LABOR FLUCTUATION IN THE GUANTÁNAMO MUNICIPALITY
Abstract
The research presented is entitled: Socio-economic evaluation of the labor fluctuation in the Guantánamo municipality, where it is proposed as an objective to perform an evaluation of the labor fluctuation variable in the economy of the Guantánamo municipality through economic and socio-demographic indicators. It has been structured in two chapters that carry out a detailed analysis and evaluation of the main indicators of the economically active population and labor fluctuation both at the provincial and municipal levels using the methods, techniques and procedures. Chapter I is dedicated to exposing the main theoretical considerations of the subject addressed; as well as the background, objectives of the employment policy in the country; concepts, main characteristics, forms, fundamental indicators of the economically active population and labor fluctuation. In chapter II, the general characteristics of the entity are addressed in a first section, in a second and third section a diagnosis is made of the economically active population of the province and the municipality respectively and in a fourth section a diagnosis is made of the behavior of the labor fluctuation variable of the skilled labor force both at the provincial and municipal levels through the calculation of its different indicators and an economic evaluation of the losses produced by it in the municipality. They reach valid conclusions and recommendations that will allow the creation of the corresponding actions to achieve a later and more detailed study to improve the current situation.
