El diagnóstico ambiental es el paso importante dentro del Sistema de Gestión Integral. Desde la perspectiva Empresarial son además la base de un Programa de Educación Ambiental. El objetivo de este trabajo fue realizar el diagnóstico ambiental con un enfoque hacia la educación ambiental en la UEB-Embotelladora de Cerveza Princesa de Pinar del Río. Se emplearon instrumentos como: guía de observación, entrevista y encuesta, que revelaron el bajo nivel de percepción de riesgo de los trabajadores en temas ambientales relacionados con su actividad. Estos resultados evidencian la necesidad de un Programa de Educación Ambiental dentro de la empresa.

ENVIRONMENTAL DIAGNOSIS WITH A FOCUS ON ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION AT THE UEB-PRINCESA DE PINAR DEL RÍO BEER BOTTLING PLANT
ABSTRACT
Environmental diagnosis is the important step within the Comprehensive Management System. From the Business perspective, they are also the basis of an Environmental Education Program. The objective of this work was to carry out the environmental diagnosis with a focus on environmental education at the UEB-Princesa de Pinar del Río Beer Bottling Plant. Instruments such as: observation guide, interview and survey were used, which revealed the low level of risk perception of workers in environmental issues related to their activity. These results demonstrate the need for an Environmental Education Program within the company.
