RESUMEN
Regino E. Boti Barreiro y Juan Marinello Vidaurreta son dos importantes intelectuales y poetas cubanos del siglo XX. Entre ellos hubo una amistad peculiar, surgida y desarrollada sin un encuentro personal previo, y aun cuando los propios caminos terrenales escogidos no eran coincidentes. En el trabajo realizamos un acercamiento al cívico poeta Boti y al Marinello poeta en barricada, y a la singular y casi olvidada relación entre ellos.

ABSTRACT
Regino E. Boti Barreiro and Juan Marinello Vidaurreta are two important Cuban intellectuals and poets of the 20th century. Between them there was a peculiar friendship, arisen and developed without a previous personal encounter, and even when the earthly paths themselves chosen were not coincidental. In the work make an approach to the civic poet Boti and the Marinello poet in barricade, and the singular and almost forgotten relationship between them.
