RESUMEN
La labor educativa es una de las direcciones principales de la Vicerrectoría de Extensión Universitaria. El artículo pretende solucionar las problemáticas que se presentan en la preparación de los instructores educativos para su desempeño profesional en la residencia estudiantil. Se plantea como objetivo: elaborar un programa de capacitación a instructores para el desempeño de la labor educativa en la residencia estudiantil. Se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos. La concepción teórica y metodológica de la capacitación se establece en tres contenidos: la formación de valores, el comportamiento social, así como la promoción y educación para la salud en los estudiantes universitarios. Se demuestra la factibilidad de la propuesta en la práctica educativa de la Facultad de Educación Media de la Universidad de Granma.

SUMMARY
The educational work is an one University belonging to the principal addresses of Extensions’ Vicerrectoría. The article intends to solve the problemses that are up for in the educational instructors' preparation his professional performance at the student residence. It comes into question like objective: Elaborating a program of capacitation to instructors for the performance of the educational work at the student residence. They used theoretic methods, empiricists and statisticians. The theoretic conception and methodological of capacitation becomes established in three contentses: The formation of moral values, the social behavior, as well as promotion and education for the health in the university students. You demonstrate the Average feasibility of the proposal in the educational practice of Educación's Faculty of Granma's University.
