RESUMEN
La investigación surge como una necesidad en la formación del licenciado en Economía. En ella se revelan las necesidades de orientación profesional para desde el primer año favorecer la reafirmación profesional en estos estudiantes de nuevo ingreso, desde la etapa de estudio y preparación para la profesión. Sobre esta base se procedió a realizar el diagnóstico del estado inicial de motivación por la profesión que tienen los estudiantes que ingresan de los diferentes preuniversitarios de la provincia, con lo que se comprueban los bajos niveles de autodeterminación en la elección profesional y el insuficiente trabajo de orientación profesional en enseñanzas anteriores lo que repercute en la etapa de reafirmación profesional con el ingreso a la educación superior, por lo que se propone como objetivo: Elaborar una estrategia de orientación para contribuir a la reafirmación profesional de los estudiante de primer año de la carrera licenciatura en Economía.

THE PROFESSIONAL REAFFIRMATION IN THE FIRST YEAR OF THE DEGREE IN ECONOMICS
ABSTRACT
This research started after the need in the formation of an Economics´ Profesional. It includes the importance of profesional guidance during first year carcere to reafirm student´s profesional profile,since the beyining up the theiir final objetives.Under this idea we proceded to diagnose the initied motivation state of students delated to their carcer in the province.After that the lov lovels of self determination when selcting their profession is seen the presented investigation shows up the lack of work in prenius educative institutions according to self-determination in the profesional orientation.All this information helped is to create the fallowing objetive:”Developing an orientation strategy is propposed to contribute to the is profesional reaffirmation of first-year students of the Bchilor´s degree in Economics”.
