RESUMEN

La Formación Laboral hacia la Agricultura en los estudiantes de Secundaria Básica resulta una necesidad y un complejo problema no resuelto en su totalidad en las condiciones actuales. En la investigación, se parte de las transformaciones ocurridas en la sociedad cubana para restaurar el proceso docente educativo para que nuestros estudiantes puedan dar respuestas a las exigencias planteadas por el desarrollo de nuestra sociedad. Un análisis en la evolución histórica de la Formación Laboral hacia la Agricultura en la Educación Secundaria Básica. Se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico y empírico, que posibilitaron la realización de las tareas y cumplir con el objetivo de la investigación.

FOUNDATIONS OF DEVELOPING THE LABOR FORMATION

SUMMARY 

The Labour Formation toward the Agriculture in the students of Secondary Basic it is a necessity and a complex problem not solved in their entirety under the current conditions. In the investigation, he/she leaves of the transformations happened in the Cuban society to restore the educational educational process so that our students can give answers to the demands outlined by the development of our society. An analysis in the historical evolution of the Labour Formation toward the Agriculture in the Basic Secondary Education. Methods of the theoretical and empiric level were used that facilitated the realization of the tasks and to fulfill the objective of the investigation.
