RESUMEN
En el presente documento se realizó un estudio de carácter argumentativo, en el cual se planteó al tema central que es la responsabilidad social desde diferentes enfoques, los mismos que se plantearon desde el punto de vista de la responsabilidad social a diferentes aspectos relacionados con la ingeniería mecánica como son los criterios, responsabilidades y derecho u obligaciones que debe adquirir un estudiante de ingeniería mecánica y como esto puede repercutir en ciertas decisiones que se deben tomar, como trabajador de una empresa o industria, o incluso como gerente o propietario de la misma. Se desarrollo el conocimiento en base a la recopilación de distintos aspectos históricos y hechos que detallaron la relevancia e importancia que tuvo la ingeniería mecánica a través de los anos, además se citaron distintos tipos de responsabilidades sociales con perspectivas de un estudiante de ingeniería mecánica, seguido por un ingeniero mecánico recién graduado y posteriormente ya en la vida laboral del ingeniero, esto con el fin de evaluar como va cambiando las responsabilidades sociales.

ABSTRACT
In this document, an argumentative study was carried out, in which the central issue that is social responsibility was raised from different approaches, the same ones that were raised from the point of view of social responsibility to different aspects related to engineering Mechanics such as the criteria, responsibilities and right or obligations that a mechanical engineering student must acquire and how this can affect certain decisions that must be made, as a worker in a company or industry, or even as a manager or owner of the same. Knowledge was developed based on the compilation of different historical aspects and facts that detailed the relevance and importance that mechanical engineering had through the years.
