IDENTIFICACIÓN DE LAS NECESIDADES DE CAPACITACIÓN BASADO EN COMPETENCIAS LABORALES EN EL ÁREA COMERCIAL DE LA UEB EMPRESA ELÉCTRICA DE SAN ANTONIO DEL SUR.

RESUMEN:

El presente trabajo aborda el proceso de identificación de necesidades de capacitación en área comercial de la empresa eléctrica del municipio de San Antonio del sur, perteneciente  la provincia de Guantánamo a raíz de  los problemas relacionados con las insuficiencias en el correspondidos con el  cumplimiento del  plan de ingreso de dicha organización debido al deficiente desempeño laboral   por parte de los activos del  departamento comercial de dicha organización, donde se determinó, por parte de la directiva reelaborar el plan de capacitación basado en las competencias laborales propuesto para el área con la finalidad de optimizar el ejercicio de sus funciones  laborales y profesionales. Par ello se utilizaron métodos como el histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis-inductivo deductivo así como la aplicación de la matriz de criterio y matriz de competencias .Como resultado se estableció el índice de habilitación para el cargo de cada uno de los trabajadores del área comercial así como las competencias que se  debe de trabajar para su adquisición  por parte de dichos activos para el desarrollo de sus funciones lo cual sirvió de base para la elaboración del plan de capacitación de dicha dependencia.

IDENTIFICATION OF CAPACITATION NEEDS BASED IN COMPETITIONS LABOR IN THE TRADING AREA OF SAN ANTONIO DEL SUR   ELECTRIC COMPANY UEB

The present work  is about to the problems related with the insufficiencies corresponded with the fulfillment of the plan of entrance of the aforementioned organization due to the deficient labor performance by part of the assets of the commercial apartment of the aforementioned organization, where the plan of capacitation based in the labor competitions proposed for the area with the purpose to optimize the exercise of his labor shows and professionals determined, for the executive's part remake itself tackles the process of identification of needs of capacitation at trading area of the electric company of St. southern Anthony's municipality, be longest. Pair it inductive deductive syntheses as well as the application of the womb of opinion and womb of competitions utilized methods like the historic logician, analysis themselves .Como proven to be which established the index of habilitation for the position out of every one of the workers of the trading area as well as the that is owed competitions to work for his acquisition for part of the aforementioned developmental assets of his shows itself it served as base for the elaboration of the plan of capacitation of the aforementioned dependence.
