Resumen
En el presente trabajo ofrecemos un grupo de ideas a tener en cuenta para desarrollar la labor educativa y profundizar la formación de valores, en las nuevas generaciones, teniendo en cuenta el pensamiento de uno de los grandes héroes cubanos, latinoamericano y mundial, que es Ernesto Guevara de la Serna, conocido como el Che. De su pensamiento, abordamos sintéticamente sus ideas sobre la formación del hombre nuevo, el hombre del siglo XXI, una de sus referencias conceptuales más divulgadas en los últimos tiempos y, tal vez, una de las menos comprendidas.

Summary
Presently work offers a group of ideas to keep in mind to develop the educational work and to deepen the formation of values, in the new generations, keeping in mind the thought of one of the big Cuban heroes, Latin American and world that is Ernesto Guevara of the Serna, well-known as the Che. Of their thought, we approach their ideas synthetically on the new man's formation, the man of the XXI century, one of their conceptual references more disclosed in the last times and, perhaps, one of those fewer understood.
