RESUMEN
La interrelación entre Ciencia, Tecnología y Sociedad es compleja, necesaria e imprescindible en el desarrollo económico social que plantea hoy la estrategia país, más que un desafío relevante para los investigadores consiste en mostrar la importancia de los proyectos realizados, por tanto, la presente investigación con el objetivo de examinar en opción a la categoría Asistente en el diplomado de Problemas Sociales de la Ciencia y la Tecnología lleva por nombre “Procedimiento Post Inversión aplicado a la Cortadora de Tabaco Flexicutter’s 4000 de la Empresa de Cigarros Lázaro Peña”. Consta de tres etapas que resumen todas las operaciones de las máquinas y los pronósticos probables de costo y beneficios para 11 periodos; además muestra desde la perspectiva de las categorías CTS la correspondencia con el impacto social del resultado científico. Para dar respuesta a la metodología propuesta se aplicaron varios métodos teóricos y empíricos como el histórico lógico, dialéctico materialista, análisis síntesis, inducción deducción, estadístico, entrevista, entre otros. El análisis post inversión demostró la ganancias obtenidas a partir de la inversión extranjera; de manera que su rentabilidad aportó al crecimiento económico tanto de la fábrica como de Cuba.

ABSTRACT
The interrelation between Ciencia, Technologic and Societal is complex, necessary and essential in the social economic development that country, more than a relevant challenge presents today the strategy for the investigators it involves showing the importance of the projects accomplished, therefore, present it investigation for the sake of examining in option the Assistant category in the graduate of Social Disturbances of Science and Technology carries for name Applied procedure Post Inversions Tabaco Flexicutter's Cutter 's 4000 of Cigars Lázaro Peña's Company. You consist of three stages that summarize all of the operations of the machines and the probable prognosis is of cost and benefits for 11 periods;besides you show from the perspective of categories CTS the mail with the social impact of the scientific result. They applied several theoretic methods in order to give answer to the proposed methodology and empiricists like the historic logician, materialistic dialectician, analysis synthesis, induction deduction, statistician, interview, between other ones. The analysis after investment demonstrated her profits obtained as from foreign investment; So that his profitability contributed economic growth so much of the factory I eat of Cuba.
