BENEFICIO DE UN LABORATORIO DE INNOVACION EN LA EDUCACION DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DE LOS ESTUDIANTES

Resumen
En México existen laboratorios de innovación están dentro de las alternativas ya que es “un espacio físico y virtual dirigido a generar propuestas de solución, en un marco de experimentación, investigación, difusión de metodologías y herramientas innovadoras, en áreas de generar soluciones. Se dice que la mayoría las carreras impartidas cuentan con un laboratorio y surge la idea de determinar la necesidad de un laboratorio de innovación para los estudiantes de la licenciatura en administración, por tal motivo, se ha detectado un déficit en sus debilidades en el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes, como en sus habilidades. prácticas, capacidades para resolver problemas y liderazgo. En esta investigación tiene como objetivo conocer mediante un diagnóstico las necesidades y condiciones de los Estudiantes de la Carrera en Administración del ITSE, para la creación y uso de un Laboratorio de Innovación, su desarrollo de esta investigación es aprovechar los proyectos que generen en las diferentes materias que se imparten en el instituto Tecnológico Superior de Escárcega ya que hará elevar la calidad de vida de los alumnos generando empleos en la ciudad de Escárcega. Al momento de aplicar la herramienta de recolección de información (encuesta) podemos observar resultados muy positivos hacia la investigación, en el caso de los alumnos un 91.8% está de acuerdo con que es de mucha utilidad la creación del laboratorio de innovación.

Abstract: . In Mexico there are innovation laboratories that are among the alternatives since it is “a physical and virtual space aimed at generating solution proposals, within a framework of experimentation, research, dissemination of innovative methodologies and tools, in areas of generating solutions. It is said that in the institute most of the courses taught have a laboratory and the idea arises of determining the need for an innovation laboratory for students of the degree in administration, for this reason, a deficit has been detected in their weaknesses in the integral development of students, such as their practical skills, problem-solving abilities and leadership. The objective of this research is to know through a diagnosis the needs and conditions of the Students of the ITSE Career in Administration, for the creation and use of an Innovation Laboratory, its development of this research is to take advantage of the projects that they generate in the different Subjects taught at the Higher Technological Institute of Escárcega will raise the quality of life of students by creating jobs in the city of Escárcega. At the time of applying the two information gathering tools (survey and interview) we can observe very positive results towards research, in the case of students, 91.8% agree that the creation of the innovation.
