Resumen

La gestión de documentos resulta una oportunidad de alto valor para cualquier organización, ante la necesidad de ejercer la toma de decisiones y acometer procesos de la administración, basados en la evidencia documental, con la garantía de una mayor transparencia y credibilidad. En tal sentido el presente trabajo, tiene como objetivo el diseñar un sistema de gestión documental para la empresa SERCONI, mediante la utilización del modelo para la implementación de la gestión documental. Para ello se utilizan métodos y técnicas que permiten caracterizar la empresa y diagnosticar la gestión documental a través de un análisis teórico. Como resultado se obtiene el diseño del Sistema de Gestión Documental que constituye el factor fundamental para la organización de la documentación.

Abstract

Document management is a high-value opportunity for any organization, given the need to exercise decision-making and undertake administration processes, based on documentary evidence, with the guarantee of greater transparency and credibility. In this sense, this work aims to design a document management system for the SERCONI company, through the use of the model for the implementation of document management. For this, methods and techniques are used to characterize the company and diagnose document management through a theoretical analysis. As a result, the design of the Document Management System is obtained, which constitutes the essential factor for the organization of the documentation.
