RESUMEN

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar como la deontología es aplicada en profesionales de todas las áreas cuando existe algún tipo de consumo legal o ilegal, se basó en el estudio de la deontología, y el estudio sistemático de la moral tal que para el estudio, se utilizó el método de recopilación de textos con sustento bibliográfico con registro de las lecturas, el presente artículo tuvo en cuenta algunos factores que logran identificar los diferentes ámbitos laborales en donde tienen reglas de convivencia y legalidad de la misma, por ende primero se hizo un análisis ético y moral por ende a continuación se realizó un estudio deontológico que analiza sobre las acciones a tomar de las instituciones frente a un problema que es real y palpable en la sociedad es así como se concluyó cada una de las personas es libre de elegir el camino que mejor le haga sentir pero siempre debe cuidar la responsabilidad con los demás y de vital importancia el campo de desarrollo profesional que se tenga debe desarrollarlo de la manera más responsable y siempre en el margen de la legalidad.

CONSEQUENCES OF THE USE OF NARCOTICS IN THE FULFILLMENT OF THE PROFESSIONAL DEONTOLOGICAL DUTY

ABSTRACT

The objective of this research was to analyze how deontology is applied in professionals of all areas when there is some type of legal or illegal consumption, it was based on the study of deontology, and the systematic study of morality such that for the study, we used the method of collection of texts with bibliographic support with record of the readings, this article took into account some factors that manage to identify the different work areas where they have rules of coexistence and legality of the same, Therefore, first an ethical and moral analysis was made and then a deontological study was carried out that analyzes the actions to be taken by the institutions in the face of a problem that is real and palpable in society, thus concluding that each person is free to choose the path that makes him/her feel better but must always take care of the responsibility with others and of vital importance the field of professional development that one has must be developed in the most responsible way and always within the margin of legality.
