RESUMEN
En el presente trabajo se abordan algunas reflexiones teóricas sobre el papel de las estrategias de aprendizaje en el proceso de asimilación del conocimiento de los estudiantes universitarios, a partir de estrategias de comprensión de textos científicos, se precisan técnicas y recursos que pueden apoyar su empleo, que familiarizan a los estudiantes con la actividad de obtención, procesamiento y producción de conocimientos científicos y habilidades esenciales para el camino de la investigación. Es frecuente que al entrar en contacto con los contenidos de las diferentes asignaturas, y debido a la heterogeneidad formativa-educativa de nuestros estudiantes universitarios, algunos encuentren serias dificultades como resultado del mínimo desarrollo de sus competencias para comprender y construir textos científicos, principalmente en los saberes de las Ciencias Básicas.

ABSTRACT
In this work we deal with some reflexions that are mainlg theoric about the role of strategies of learning in the process of asimilation of the knowledge of students in the university, from comprehension strategies of scientific texts, some techiniques and resources are mainlg précised which can be and, they familiarized the students with the activity of process and production of scientific know ledges and esencial abilities for the rogd of investigation. It is frequent that gelting in contact with the different content of the subjects and due to the systematic educative formation of our university students, some of they will find some serious difficulties as a result of the minimum development of their competences to comprehend and construct scientific texts, mainly to get into the Basic Sciences.
