MODELO DE CONTROL DE GESTIÓN ORIENTADO A LA EXCELENCIA PARA EMPRESAS AGROFORESTALES

RESUMEN

La esencia de la administración de empresas agroforestales imprime particularidades a su proceso de control de gestión, especialmente por la necesidad de evaluar su desempeño, así como el impacto de los resultados en las partes interesadas, tomando como fundamento el proyecto de ordenación forestal y los criterios de gestión forestal sostenible tanto internacionales como nacionales. Se ha podido constatar que las investigaciones que preceden a este trabajo, abordan aspectos particulares de subsistemas del proceso de control de gestión, poniéndose de manifiesto la ausencia de un enfoque integrador que propicie mayor coherencia y efectividad hacia el logro de los objetivos y de la excelencia. El objetivo de esta investigación es diseñar un modelo de control de gestión orientado a la excelencia para empresas agroforestales, que contribuya al aprovechamiento eficaz de sus capacidades, en función de la generación de resultados que satisfagan las necesidades de las partes interesadas de forma sostenible.  Se modela el proceso de control de gestión orientado a la excelencia para empresas agroforestales sobre la base de la integración de las teorías del control de gestión, la gestión forestal sostenible y la excelencia empresarial, la articulación de la planeación estratégica con el proyecto de ordenación forestal y la adecuación al contexto cubano de criterios de gestión forestal sostenible. 

MODEL OF ADMINISTRATION CONTROL GUIDED TO THE EXCELLENCE FOR AGROFORESTRY COMPANIES

ABSTRACT

The essence of the administration of agroforestry companies prints particularities to its process of administration control, especially for the necessity of evaluating its acting, as well as the impact of the results in the interested parts, taking like foundation the project of forest ordination and the approaches of sustainable forest administration so much international as national. It has been able to verify that the investigations that precede to this work, approach aspects peculiar of subsystems of the process of management control, showing the absence of an integrative focus that propitiates bigger coherence and effectiveness toward the achievement of the objectives and of the excellence. The objective of this investigation is to design a model of administration control guided to the excellence for agroforestry companies that it contributes to the effective use of its capacities, in function of the generation of results that they satisfy the necessities of the interested parts in a sustainable way.  The modeled of the process of administration control to excellence for agroforestry companies is the base of the integration of the theories of the administration control, the sustainable forest administration and the managerial excellence, the articulation of the strategic with the project of forest ordination and the adaptation to the Cuban context of approaches of sustainable forest administration.
