ACTIVIDADES PARA FORTALECER LA ÉTICA DE LOS CUADROS DE LA EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA

RESUMEN

Un reto de los cuadros de la Educación Primaria lo constituye el dominio de los preceptos éticos necesarios para asumir con responsabilidad la Dirección de la labor educativa. Las manifestaciones de indisciplina y de violación de las normas de convivencia social en algunos cuadros denotan insuficiencias en su educación ético-moral. El uso de diferentes técnicas empíricas posibilitó el diagnóstico inicial de la muestra, que manifestó insuficiencias en el dominio de los preceptos de la Ética Pedagógica, del Código de Ética de los Cuadros del Estado Cubano y de las actitudes ciudadanas que deben caracterizar sus modos de actuación.  Se buscaron   vías para contribuir a modificar esta situación, la propuesta consistió en un sistema de actividades que se integraron al proceso preparación para atender el problema estudiado. Entre sus resultados se destacaron: el conocimiento de los preceptos mencionados, una mayor identidad profesional y el perfeccionamiento de sus modos de actuación, teniendo como base la ética; lo que contribuyó a elevar su desempeño profesional.

ACTIVITIES TO STRENGTHEN THE ETHICS OF PRIMARY EDUCATION FRAMEWORKS

SUMMARY
A challenge of the Primary Education cadres is the domain of the ethical precepts necessary to assume responsibility for the direction of the educational work. The manifestations of indiscipline and violation of the rules of social coexistence in some cadres denote inadequacies in their ethical-moral education. The use of different empirical techniques allowed the initial diagnosis of the sample, which showed inadequacies in the domain of the precepts of the Pedagogical Ethics, of the Code of Ethics of the Tables of the Cuban State and of the citizen attitudes that should characterize their modes of action. Ways were sought to contribute to modify this situation, the proposal consisted of a system of activities that were integrated into the preparation process to address the problem studied. Among its results, the following stand out: the knowledge of the aforementioned precepts, a greater professional identity and the improvement of its modes of action, based on ethics; which contributed to raising their professional performance.
