DIREITOS HUMANOS E EDUCAÇÃO: UMA RELAÇÃO INDISSOCIÁVEL

RESUMO

Este estudo buscou investigar como as escolas em que se realizou Estágios Supervisionados: Pesquisa da Prática Pedagógica e em que se atuou como bolsista no Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) abordam a temática “Direitos Humanos” nas práticas pedagógicas e nos Projetos Político-Pedagógicos, verificando se estes estão em consonância com as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais de Educação em Direitos Humanos. Do ponto de vista da forma de abordagem do problema, refere-se a uma pesquisa qualitativa e as técnicas utilizadas em seu desenvolvimento são a pesquisa documental e bibliográfica. Para tanto, utilizou-se como documento norteador as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais de Educação em Direitos Humanos, realizando-se uma análise que fora dividida em quatro categorias principais: Direitos Humanos Explícitos, Currículo, Ensino e Aprendizagem e Valores, de forma a se verificar quais elementos dos direitos humanos permearam estes PPPs e quais foram contemplados nas respectivas práticas pedagógicas vivenciadas em quatro escolas durante os anos de atuação acadêmica. Os resultados obtidos enfatizaram a relação de conteúdos, valores e práticas referentes a educação em direitos humanos, verificando se de fato as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais de Educação em Direitos Humanos são referenciadas nos PPPs e aplicadas nas práticas pedagógicas escolares. Constata-se que trabalhar numa perspectiva humana no cotidiano escolar é de grande relevância para a formação de sujeitos conscientes dos seus direitos e deveres, para a construção de uma cultura democrática, na promoção de valores como a ética, a justiça, o respeito as diferenças, a solidariedade, e práticas baseadas no respeito aos direitos humanos.

HUMAN RIGHTS AND EDUCATION: AN INSEPARABLE RELATIONSHIP

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the Supervised Internships: Research of the Pedagogical Practice, in which it was a part of the (PIBID) Institutional Program for Initiation to Teaching, was addressing to the issue “Human Rights” in the pedagogical practices and in the political process and verify if they were in accordance with the National Curriculum Guidelines for education and Human Rights. In the point of view of how the problem was approached, it refers to a qualitative research and techniques used in its development, documental research through content and bibliographic analysis. To this end, the National Curriculum Guidelines on Human Rights Education were used as a guideline document, carrying out an analysis that had been divided into four main categories: Explicit Human Rights, Curriculum, Teaching/Learning and Values; to verify which elements of the Human Rights permeated those “PPPs” and which ones were included in the respective pedagogical practice experiences in the four schools during the year of academic activity. The results emphasized the relationship of content, values and practices related to the education in Human Rights, verifying if in fact the National Guidelines for Education in Human Rights are referenced in the “PPPs” and applied in school of pedagogical practices. It appears that working from a human perspective in the school routine is a great relevance for the formation of character; subjects are aware of their right and duties, for the construction of a democratic culture, in promoting values such as ethics, justice, respect for differences, solidarity and practices based on respect for human rights.
