RESUMEN
El presente artículo tiene como objetivo diseñar presupuestos doctrinales y normativos que permitan una adecuada tutela jurídica del derecho a la protección de datos personales de los menores de edad con el uso del internet en Cuba. Para la siguiente investigación fueron empleados métodos generales de las investigaciones científicas: el analítico-sintético y el inductivo-deductivo, además de los específicos de las investigaciones jurídicas: exegético-jurídico y jurídico-comparado. Estos métodos están apoyados por la técnica investigativa de la revisión bibliográfica.

THE MINOR PERSONAL DATA IN THE USE OF THE INTERNET IN CUBA. POINT JURIDICAL NECESSARY
ABSTRACT:
The present article has as objective to design doctrinal and normative budgets that allow an appropriate one it guides artificial of the right to the protection of personal data of those smaller than age with the use of the internet in Cuba. For the following investigation they were employees general methods of the scientific investigations: the analytic-synthetic one and the inductive-deductive one, besides the specific of the juridical investigations: exegetic-juridical and juridical-compared. These methods are supported by the investigative technique of the bibliographical revision.
