RESUMEN
Carlos Marx transitó por su vida entregando a sus semejantes los dones de su riqueza intelectual. Estudió y demostró el carácter antagónico e histórico del modo de producción capitalista y con él, el secreto de la acumulación originaria del capital. Su legado necesita hoy ser retomado para continuar analizando a profundidad las entrañas de este sistema que conduce al empeoramiento de la situación de los obreros. El desempleo y la pobreza en pleno siglo XXI, a raíz de la crisis capitalista demuestran una vez más la actualidad de la teoría marxista de la acumulación capitalista. El presente artículo, tiene como objetivo esencial reflexionar en torno a la vigencia de la ley general de la acumulación capitalista descubierta por Marx en el contexto de la crisis que atraviesa el capitalismo como sistema social.

VALIDITY OF MARX'S THEORY ON CAPITALIST ACCUMULATION.
Karl Marx went through his life giving his fellow men the gifts of his intellectual wealth. He studied and demonstrated the antagonistic and historical character of the capitalist mode of production and with it, the secret of capital's original accumulation. Its legacy today needs to be retaken to continue analyzing in depth the entrails of this system that leads to the worsening of the situation of capital. Unemployment and poverty in the XXI century, as a result of the capitalist crisis, demonstrate once again the relevance of the Marxist theory of capitalist accumulation. The main objective of this article is to reflect on the validity of the general law of capitalist accumulation discovered by Marx in the context of the crisis that capitalism is going through as a social system.
