RESUMEN
La investigación se realizó en la finca “Cascajales”, municipio Consolación del Sur, provincia Pinar del Río, durante los años 2019/2020 con el objetivo de diseñar un plan de acciones para potenciar la participación social efectiva de la juventud rural que surge a partir de una necesidad percibida, con un fin específico, responde a determinados intereses, motivaciones, estimulando el desarrollo de capacidades y habilidades de los actores esenciales. En el logro de los objetivos propuestos se realizó el diagnóstico participativo a partir de una estrategia metodológica triangulada identificando, debilidades y desafíos del contexto agropecuario y participativo en distintos ámbitos, condiciones y espacios. La metodología de estudio se fundamentó en la Investigación Acción Participativa (IAP) una modalidad muy difundida en la Psicología Comunitaria que implica autoconocimiento, autovaloración, reflexión de los resultados alcanzados y la sistematización de las prácticas participativas para la transformación del entorno rural, bases para su implementación en la finca.

SUMMARY
The research was carried out in the “Cascajales” farm, Consolación del Sur municipality, Pinar del Río province, during the years 2019/2020 with the aim of designing an action plan to enhance the effective social participation of rural youth that arises from of a perceived need, with a specific purpose, responds to certain interests, motivations, stimulating the development of capacities and abilities of the essential actors. In achieving the proposed objectives, a participatory diagnosis was carried out based on a triangulated methodological strategy, identifying weaknesses and challenges in the agricultural and participatory context in different areas, conditions and spaces. The study methodology was based on Participatory Action Research (IAP), a widely used modality in Community Psychology that involves self-knowledge, self-evaluation, reflection of the results achieved and the systematization of participatory practices for the transformation of the rural environment, bases for its implementation on the farm.
